The Red Passion tasting experience reveals the most intense soul of Tenuta degli Dei. An exclusive tasting that leads you to discover the estate’s iconic wines through a vertical tasting of Cavalli, accompanied by Le Redini and Forcole, for a journey through elegance, structure, and evolution.
The experience begins in front of the charming Church of San Leolino, an ancient three-nave basilica housing artworks of great artistic value and perfectly introduces the historic and refined atmosphere of the visit.
The tour continues in the fermentation cellar, the beating heart of the production process, where wine begins its life in the fermentation vats. It then proceeds to the barrel cellar, an intimate and aromatic space where French oak barrels slowly guide the wine toward its full expression.
Finally, at the estate, a guided tasting of five red wines awaits you: Forcole Chianti Classico DOCG, Le Redini IGT, and a vertical tasting of Cavalli IGT vintages 2022, 2021 and 2020. The tasting is enriched by a sample of extra virgin olive oil and grappa, accompanied by a selection of gourmet bites carefully designed to enhance each glass.
At the end of the visit, upon request, it is possible to access the horse stables.
