In the morning you will immerse yourself in a world of passion and tradition by visiting a family-run winery, where you'll enjoy a tasting of four different types of Prosecco (Brut, extra dry, millesimal, extra brut). The Prosecco tasting also includes a light lunch consisting of tasty platters of typical local cold cuts and classic Italian focaccia.
After the Prosecco tasting, you will savor local and traditional cheeses known as “Formaggio di malga” (Malga means alpine summer pasture); delicacies like stravecchio, sottofieno, morlacco, and smoked ricotta that the knowledgeable staff of a family-run farm has been producing through generations. You will also have the opportunity to discover the amazing "Formaggio ubriaco" (drunken cheese) a wine-infused cheese that provides the best marriage between wine and cheese in one harmonious bite.
