There are many good oils, but how to distinguish a good oil from a bad one? How do you taste an oil? You will find out during the mini professional tasting course with a guided tasting of 4 Frantoio Ciccolella's evo oils.
During the experience, you will also learn what yellow gold is, why it is important to consume only quality oil and the importance of producing it in a technologically advanced mill, such as Frantoio Ciccolella.
This experience can be paired with the Frantoio Ciccolella's Oil mill tour and olive oil tasting.
