Oil mill tour, professional olive oil tasting and lunch at Frantoio Ciccolella
Here is what's in store for you
After being welcomed with a warm cup of coffee and enjoying an initial moment of pleasant chat and acquaintance, you will be able to meet the olive miller, the master oil miller, that is, the one who controls all stages of production at Frantoio Ciccolella.
With him, you will discover the entire production process of Frantoio Ciccolella's oil, from the arrival of the olives from the field to the oil storage and bottling.
Immediately afterward, you will be accompanied to the place where they keep their evo oil. They will show you their warehouses and the controlled atmosphere oil storage room. This will be the right time to tell you about Frantoio Ciccolella's history, their origins and values without which it would have been impossible to produce an evo oil of excellence.
You will then take part in a professional mini tasting course with a guided tasting of 3 evo, Monocultivar and Blend oils.
After the experience, it will be a pleasure to serve you an Apulian aperitif with bruschetta paired with Frantoio Ciccolella's evo oils and "metodo classico" wine from the finest wineries of Puglia.
Finally, you will be served a typical Apulian lunch, choosing from three menu variations based on seasonality. Dishes will be paired with Apulian evo oils from Frantoio Ciccolella's and wines to make you feel the warm embrace of Apulian cuisine. Lunch will end with dessert and Italian espresso coffee.
At the end of the entire experience, you will have some time to relax in the heart of Frantoio Ciccolella's centuries-old olive grove.
