The day starts at the vegetable garden of the Bio Kairos farm, where you will select vegetables that will be used in the lunch preparation. Then, you head to Furnas to experience the volcanic and geothermal tour to collect and taste the volcanic bread that has 13 hours of cooking under the soil. The next stop is at the pier in Porto Formoso, the starting point of a boat tour during which you'll enjoy picturesque views of the cliffs of the island’s fabulous north coast.
Coming ashore Chef Cláudio Pontes will be preparing a fresh and tasty lunch just for you. With the fish caught during the early hours and with the vegetables selected from the farm, Chef Cláudio Pontes prepares a menu of local flavors. Traditional starters for sharing and some regional sweets are part of this 4-6 courses exclusive menu paired with an exclusive selection of wines from the Azores Islands.
