Here is what's in store for you

Imagine spending a few unforgettable hours in Rome inside a lively, authentic restaurant just steps from the Vatican Museums, learning to cook like a true Italian — with unlimited local wine and a professional Italian chef guiding you every step of the way.

This isn’t a passive cooking demonstration, but a fully hands-on experience where you’ll roll up your sleeves, get your hands in the dough, and immerse yourself in real Italian culinary tradition at your own workstation.

Your experience begins with Italy’s most beloved dessert: tiramisù. You’ll discover the secrets behind the perfect mascarpone cream, layer espresso-soaked ladyfingers, and finish with a dusting of cocoa to create this iconic classic. Then comes the creative touch — you’ll personalize your tiramisù with a wide selection of toppings and ingredients, making it uniquely yours.

Next, you’ll move on to fresh pasta making.  Your dedicated Italian chef will guide you through preparing pasta dough from scratch, sharing techniques passed down through generations. You’ll roll and cut silky fettuccine, then craft delicate ravioli filled with creamy ricotta — mastering two different types of pasta in one unforgettable experience.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or already love to cook, your chef will be entirely at your disposal, offering personalized guidance, insider tips, and genuine Italian hospitality. The atmosphere is warm, social, and welcoming — the kind of place where flour-covered hands turn into shared laughter and new friendships.

At the end of the class, you’ll sit down to a complete Italian dinner included in the experience — not just a tasting, but a full restaurant meal. You’ll enjoy our homemade cacio e pepe chips, a wood-fired bruschetta topped with fresh tomatoes, the two types of pasta you prepared served with traditional Roman sauces, and the tiramisù you made from scratch — all accompanied by unlimited local wine.

More than just a class, this is a true Roman experience inside a real local restaurant — filled with flavor, connection, and memories you’ll carry home long after your trip ends. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with friends, it’s the perfect way to share an authentic and unforgettable culinary moment in Rome.
