Get to know the winemaking process of each wine, the grapes used, and the stories behind the decisions made for each particular wine. Discuss wine, especially natural wines — for example: did you know that this region has the biggest number of natural winemakers in the world?
Enjoy a tour of the winery and walk through how wine is made, discovering which presses and tools are used at each step of the process. If you’re lucky, there may be some winemaking activity happening during your visit, allowing you to participate — whether it’s harvest time, grape stomping, or tasting new wines in progress.
