Wine tasting experience at Domaine Coudoulet

Welcome to Domaine Coudoulet!

Your wine tasting will take place in the estate's old stable, transformed into a tasting room. You will first enjoy a curated selection of at least 2 white wines. Later, you will pass to 3-4 reds made from grape varieties unusual to Languedoc, such as Petite Syrah, Petit Verdot and Pinot Noir. You will complete the tasting with a Minervois AOC red wine produced from Syrah. During this experience, you will get the chance to compare different winemaking methods and techniques: natural and conventional wines, varietal and blended wines, oaked and unoaked wines. 

During the summer months, you can take a stroll through the vineyard and taste the berries, while from August to October, you'll be able to taste some fermented juice in the cellar.
