Cheese Board: Nisa, Serra da Estrela, Serpa, São Jorge (24-month aged), cured goat cheese, and Flamengo, paired with Portuguese honey, marmalade, pumpkin jam, nuts, Mafra bread, and cornbread.

Charcuterie Board: Black pork serrano ham, chorizo, smoked sausage, salami, pork greaves, Portuguese olives marinated with olive oil and garlic, grapes, and traditional breads.

Traditional Pastries: Codfish fritters, shrimp patties, or veal patties.

Main Courses: 1 Shredded cod on cornbread with garlic, olives, and parsley; sardines in tomato sauce with roasted peppers; sweet potato chips; 2 Chicken pie with olives; Alheira crunch with almond and apple; Iberian salad with cherry tomatoes and a Port wine reduction.

Dessert: Chocolate salami topped with hazelnut chocolate.
