Gourmet Wine Tasting & 5-Course Lunch at Savignola Paolina in Chianti Classico

Your experience at Savignola Paolina begins in the historic cellar, where you will be welcomed by one of the estate's experts. Your guide will be the owner, the production manager, or the hospitality manager with professional sommelier training. They will introduce you to the estate, its vineyards, and its production philosophy.

You will then tour the winery’s production areas to learn about the main stages of winemaking, from the work in the vineyard and vinification to the aging and storage of the wine. The visit is tailored to your interests, allowing for a personal and engaging atmosphere.

The tasting takes place on the terrace, weather permitting, or in the dedicated tasting room. It features five wines, each paired with a dish prepared using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients:

- Welcome aperitif with Rosato “Leale”, a fresh, luminous rosé.
- Seasonal bruschette paired with Rosso Fresco “Furbacco”, a modern and versatile red.
- Tuscan platter of artisanal cured meats, paired with Chianti Classico “Ora”.
- Savignola wine risotto or handmade pasta paired with Chianti Classico Riserva “Paolina”, a refined wine dedicated to the estate's visionary founder.
- Pecorino and Grana cheeses from partner farms, paired with Chianti Classico Gran Selezione “360°”, the pinnacle of the estate's production.

The meal concludes with a Savignola wine sorbet made with the estate’s wine and seasonal fruit. The dishes are also accompanied by the estate's own extra virgin olive oil and balsamic condiment.
