Here is what's in store for you

07:30 – Pickup from your hotel in Paris and departure for the Champagne region. The ride takes about 2 hours (140 km), partly through picturesque Champagne landscapes and vineyards. A short stop at a rest area will be made.

10:00 – 12:00: Arrival in Reims for a guided tour at Champagne Ruinart, the oldest Champagne house (founded in 1729). The visit includes the UNESCO-listed underground cellars and Champagne tastings. “Visite des Crayères”: 2-hour guided cellar tour (max. 12 people) with tasting of 2 Ruinart cuvées.

12:00 – 13:30: Lunch break in Reims. You can enjoy lunch on your own, or we can make a restaurant reservation for you. Reims is considered the capital of the Champagne region.

13:40 – 14:10: Self-guided visit of Reims Cathedral, where most French kings were crowned.

14:10 Departure to Veuve Clicquot Champagne House.

14:15 – 16:30: Visit to Veuve Clicquot, founded in 1772 and producing over 22 million bottles per year. The guided tour through the UNESCO-listed cellars offers excellent insight into the house’s history and Champagne-making techniques. “Une Seule Qualité”: 1.5-hour guided cellar visit with tasting of 4 cuvées: Brut Carte Jaune, Extra Brut Extra Old, Vintage 2015.

19:00 – Arrival in Paris. Drop off at your hotel.
