Selection Tour and Tasting at Giusti Winery

Immerse yourself in the winemaking culture of the Asolo Montello region with this unique winery tour and wine tasting at Giusti Winery, a prestigious estate in Veneto. The experience begins with a guided walk along the promenade surrounding the winemaking cellar, where guests can often glimpse oenologists and cellar workers engaged in their daily tasks—whether near the fermentation tanks, the amphorae, or inside the laboratory.

The tour continues through the internal courtyard and the state-of-the-art bottling area, showcasing the winery’s technological edge. A spiral staircase, elegantly decorated with a chandelier inspired by wine’s “perlage,” leads guests to the rooftop vineyard, a pioneering symbol of the Vitigni Resistenti project, reflecting Giusti's commitment to sustainability and innovation. From here, panoramic views stretch across the Montello hills and the Piave River valley.

The experience concludes in the panoramic tasting room, where guests can admire the historic Abbey of Sant’Eustachio while savoring four selected wines from the Asolo Montello appellation. The tasting includes an Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG, the rare and sustainable Sauvignon Nepis, and two elegant red wines of Montello, including the estate’s iconic “Augusto” Recantina.
