Manzoni Grapes Tasting at the Collalto Winery

The Collalto family reserves millennial hospitality for guests who want to discover the magical world of wine production.
Originally located within the Castle of San Salvatore, where Princess Isabella Collalto De Croÿ still resides, the winery was moved to its current buildings in early 1904. Through visits to the winery and vineyard, you will have the opportunity to learn about the history that binds the Collalto Family to wine production.
The stages of production will also be retraced: from the work in the vineyard to winemaking and aging in the historic cooperage. The guided tour will continue through the museum rooms of the winery, where old vintages and ancient tools for wine production are preserved.
At the end of the tour, you will have the opportunity to taste Collalto's wines inside the magical Wine Room, a tasting room with a fascinating and ancient charm. This experience includes the tasting of 5 wines produced with Manzoni grapes, accompanied by baked goods.
