Fasol Menin awaits you in their winery in the heart of the Prosecco area for this experience.

This tour at the Fasol Menin winery starts with a visit near to the vineyards, where you will be told about the operations that are carried out year after year in the vineyard. Afterward, you will visit the production area and hear an explanation of the production process.

Next, it will be time for your tasting, comfortably seated under the winery's porch overlooking the vineyards and the old family village. Here you will taste the 4 types of Spumante produced by Fasol Menin, starting with Perlo Extra Brut, continuing with Cama Brut and Leonte Extra Dry, to end with Raff Vino sui Lieviti (on the lees). The tasting will be accompanied by small finger food (salty and sweet) paired with every wine served.

The art of prosecco
Wonderful experience discovering prosecco and its history.
A journey I would define as artistic.
Interesting explanation of the prosecco making process. Elegant and original spaces. Excellent wine tasting with paired food samples. And a beautiful view around the winery.
From the photos, I was hoping we would have the tasting in the room with the large windows to enjoy the view

INTERESTING
I went with my wife to a tasting of the wines they produce. We were welcomed very well by one of the owners of the winery, who explained to us how wine is produced, from the vineyard to the final bottle. Afterwards, we moved to the tasting room where we tasted various types of wines accompanied by some "cicchetti".
The location is beautiful, the area is very scenic, the interiors are well-kept and spotless, the food very good with some truly special small bites. It is definitely worth a visit.

Fasol Menin Winery
Nestled in the Prosecco hills, the winery is a true gem: modern, with attention to every detail, a work of art that blends perfectly with the surrounding landscape. Chameleonic, in a good way!
We tasted different types of Prosecco, all very good, fragrant, and perfectly balanced. Each glass told the story of the territory with elegance and authenticity.
The view of the vineyards is simply enchanting, a panorama that makes the experience even more special.
