During this guided tour, you will explore the full production process of our Mionetto sparkling wines, from vineyard to bottle, gaining insight into the craftsmanship and tradition behind each label. The experience continues with a guided tasting of a curated selection of our finest wines, including Cartizze DOCG, a prestigious variety sourced from the 107 hectares of vineyards located in the most renowned area of Valdobbiadene.
