Upon arrival, you'll enjoy a guided walk through the vineyard and an introduction to Emilio Sciacca's working philosophy. Then, In the Palmento, you'll enjoy a rich lunch composed of 7 courses, expertly paired with seven Emilio Sciacca labels - including one sweet wine paired with dessert - to enhance their characteristics and emotions.
The menu changes throughout the seasons featuring both raw and cooked dishes — some vegetarian and some with meat — to really bring out the nuances in the Emilio Sciacca labels.
