Etna Natural Wine Tasting and visit to the late 19th-century Palmento

It will be our pleasure to guide your visit, sharing the fascinating history of Etna and its taste and culture while you taste our natural wine from volcanic soils!

We'll meet in the ancient "PALMENTO," the traditional building where farmers once brought their grapes to be transformed into wine. You'll be welcomed with a short tour of the premises, revealing the secrets of this unique lava stone construction, the ingenious engineering of the past, and our commitment to sustainable restoration.

At the end of the tour, depending on your preferences, depending on your preferences, you can stay in the dining room or on the outdoor terrace to refill your glasses.

The tasting includes at least three different wines, but depending on the season and production times, you'll have the opportunity to sample some experimental vintages and/or barrel-aged wines.

During the tasting, you'll be pleasantly entertained by conversations, both technical and informative, about wine and the world of Etna, which takes center stage. It's always a pleasure for us to share our dreams and how this land has welcomed us.

We are a farm on the Etna slope, so we're located in a rural area; if you prefer not to drive, you can request a pickup service.
