Gnocchi and Tiramisu Cooking Class with Wine Tasting at Tenuta Sorrentino
Here is what's in store for you
In this authentic and engaging experience, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the culinary traditions of the Sorrento area with the women of the Sorrentino family. You'll discover the secrets of local cuisine by preparing two great Italian classics: fresh gnocchi alla sorrentina and creamy tiramisu.
After the cooking class, the experience will continue with a charming wine tour of the estate's splendid vineyards, immersed in the scents and colors of the Vesuvian soil. This will be followed by a guided tasting of five excellent wines produced on site, each with its own distinctive identity, organic and vegan:
- Dòrè' Spumante, fresh and refined
- Benita 31, elegant and harmonious
- Vigna Lapillo Lacryma Christi, intense and volcanic
- Don Paolo, structured and enveloping
- Passito Fior di Ginestre, sweet and aromatic.
All this will be accompanied by a rich menu of local specialties: bruschetta with Piennolo cherry tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil, a selection of DOP cured meats and cheeses, capocollo, grilled organic vegetables, herb fritters, and casatiello.
The experience will conclude with dishes prepared together during the class—gnocchi and tiramisu—as well as a delicious vegetable parmigiana and other homemade desserts, for a journey through the authentic flavors of Campania's culinary tradition.

Lovely day at the winery!
The meet point takes you to right outside the winery. Google maps took us on an adventure through the woods to get there. There is however a perfectly good paved road leading up to the winery - Apple Maps got us safely down Vesuvius.
