Chianti Wine Experience in the Heart of Tuscany from Florence

Spend the day exploring the enchanting Tuscan countryside, journeying through rolling landscapes of vine-clad hills and olive groves to enjoy a Chianti wine tasting experience at a prominent estate.  Learn about the production process behind the region's most celebrated wines and sample a curated selection of 3-4 estate wines paired with local delicacies such as extra-virgin olive oil, pecorino cheeses, and cured meats.

In the afternoon, you may choose to indulge in another wine tasting experience (additional cost) or spend time exploring at leisure the beautiful hill-top town of San Gimignano. Once boasting an incredible 72 towers that symbolized the wealth and power of its medieval families, the town, which still impresses today with its 14 remaining towers forming an unforgettable skyline in the heart of an Etruscan landscape. Renowned for its white Vernaccia wine and its medieval saffron trade, San Gimignano is also a wonderful spot to stop for gelato!
