The I Fabbri estate is located in the Chianti Classico area, the historic heart of Tuscan winemaking. Susanna Grassi and her team will welcome you to the property, which has been in her family since the 1600s, to introduce you to their history and their wines.
The tasting is held either in the dedicated tasting room or on the outdoor terrace. You'll taste a flight of four wines representative of the estate. The selection typically includes a white wine, a rosé, one or two Chianti Classico wines, and a Chianti Classico Riserva, though the exact lineup can vary depending on availability.
To accompany the wines, you will be served Pecorino Toscano DOP and Salame Toscano DOP. Children are welcome to join and will be offered fruit juice or a snack.
