Our adventure begins at dawn at a traditional dairy, where you’ll witness the magic of Parmigiano Reggiano being crafted in its earliest stages. Watch artisans transform fresh milk into the famous golden wheels before we continue to an acetaia, where you’ll discover the art of traditional balsamic vinegar. Learn about its long aging process in wooden barrels and taste varieties ranging from young to decades-old.
Next, we head to a renowned winery in the rolling hills of Modena, where you’ll tour the vineyards and cellars of a historic Lambrusco producer. Enjoy a guided tasting of their finest sparkling wines, immersing yourself in the rich flavors of the region.
To complete the experience, we’ll sit down for a delicious lunch at a traditional osteria, where you’ll savor Parmigiano Reggiano, cured meats, handmade pasta, and other local specialties, all perfectly paired with regional wines.
After a day of authentic flavors and discoveries, we’ll return to Bologna, leaving you with a deeper appreciation for Italy’s culinary traditions.
