Amphorae Wine Tasting at Cascina Corte in Dogliani

Discover the essence of the Maritime Alps with this intimate wine experience guided by your hosts, Amalia and Sandro, at Cascina Corte. Your journey begins among the vineyards surrounding their house, where you'll learn about the principles of organic farming and explore native grape varieties while taking in the spectacular views of the southern Alps, with Monviso standing proudly on the horizon.

The tasting takes place in a charming room carved out of an old cellar, lovingly restored to create an authentic and cozy atmosphere. You’ll taste four amphorae wines from the estate – a white, Langhe Nascetta, and three reds, Dogliani Superiore, Nebbiolo, and Barbera – all accompanied by traditional breadsticks and local cheeses typical of the Maritime Alps.

This is more than just a tasting: it is a special and unique event in Piedmont, offering the opportunity to taste wines fermented and aged in amphorae.
