Begin your journey in the vineyard, taking in the light, the landscape, and the tranquil pace of the surroundings. Learn about the terroir, grape varieties, fruit trees, and the Mediterranean diet that inspires our regional delicacies. Next, enjoy a live indoor showcooking session, where four gourmet regional tapas are prepared by our chef, inspired by traditional flavours and using fresh local ingredients.
Each dish is paired with a carefully selected Algarve wine. The pairings are thoughtfully designed to highlight the complexity of the tapas and complement the aromatic profile of each wine, creating a balanced and memorable gastronomic experience. The tasting experience takes place in an intimate setting with vineyard views and is accompanied by live traditional Portuguese music, making the moment even more special.
At the end, guests will have the opportunity to purchase signature products, estate wines, and selected regional products.
