The journey begins with a pleasant guided walk through our vineyards, a perfect opportunity to connect with nature, admire the landscape, and discover the secrets of our winemaking. We'll tell you the story of our vines and the importance of the Umbrian territory in producing our wines.
After the walk, the experience continues in the estate's cozy tasting room. Here, we'll taste Cantina Giovannini's three excellent wines, our "Three of a Kind of Aces":
- Ciliegiolo: A lively and fruity red, a pure expression of our land.
- Incanto: An elegant and structured wine that will surprise you with its complexity.
- Merlot: Soft and enveloping, a timeless classic that wins you over with every sip.
To best enhance the flavors, the estate's chef has prepared a selection of local gastronomic delights: a bruschetta with our prized extra virgin olive oil, a tasty bruschetta with "rigatino" (cured pork), and our irresistible rosemary pizza. A perfect pairing that will give you an explosion of taste.

Traveling along the Flaminia road, turn towards Ponte San Lorenzo. After 2 km, you will find the sign for the educational farm "La Collina Incantata."
The venue has ample parking, and it's possible to arrive by taxi.
