This adventure begins with a pleasant walk through the vineyards, where we'll share the millennia-old history of Ciliegiolo and its deep connection to our land. We'll continue with a guided tour of the cellar, showing you how, through research and studies in collaboration with the University of Tuscia, we have managed to enhance this grape in all its nuances. Cantina Giovannini is proud to have given new life and longevity to Ciliegiolo, making it a unique expression of the Narni territory.

The heart of the experience is a guided vertical tasting that will introduce you to the many souls of this grape: Spumante Grà (Ciliegiolo Sparkling Wine), Summa Rosè (Ciliegiolo Rosé), Cerasia (Ciliegiolo Selection), Passito di Ciliegiolo (Sweet Ciliegiolo Wine), and Grappa di Ciliegiolo.

To accompany this sensory journey, our chef has prepared a wide selection of local specialties: bruschetta with our prized oil, bruschetta with "rigatino" (cured pork), rosemary pizza, a selection of cold cuts, pecorino cheese with honey, and finally, our delicious "ciambellina" (local ring cake).
