The experience begins with a walk through the vineyard with an introduction to the history of the area and the winery, followed by a visit to the winery and cooperage, during which the winemaking methods will be explained and you'll be introduced to the winery's products.

Interesting experience
I went to the De Sanctis winery for a tasting with a friend of mine. We started with a visit to the vineyard where it was explained to us which grapes are grown and other useful information, then we were shown and told about the production process and finally we tasted 4 of their wines accompanied by a paired platter. It was a really interesting experience and the wines are really good, so much so that we bought one!
