Join Simone Vergamini, Best Sommelier of Tuscany 2023 and finalist in the Best Sommelier of Italy competition, on an unforgettable wine journey through the beautiful hills surrounding Lucca.
During this experience, Simone will accompany you to discover two carefully selected wineries representative of the wine denominations of the Lucca area. Along the way, you will learn about the history of the territory, local traditions, native grape varieties, and the unique characteristics of Tuscan viticulture.
The wineries visited are mostly family-run and organically certified, managed by passionate producers deeply connected to their land and craft. During each visit, you will walk through the vineyards, explore the cellars, and enjoy guided tastings of the wines produced on-site, paired with delicious local specialties.
Throughout the tour, Simone will share his expertise and passion for wine, creating an engaging and educational experience where every question is welcome. His goal is to help you discover the authentic soul of the Lucca wine region through personal stories, exceptional wines, and genuine encounters with local winemakers.
