Wonderful afternoon
Our afternoon at Medolago Albani was brilliant. The initial tour of the chapel and the cellar was very informative, the tastings were fantastic. We had 4 wines paired with local salami and snacks, we loved all of them. We were also given an extra glass each of the white as the bottle was most of the way through, a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend
Excellent and friendly reception
Easy access by both car and bus from Bergamo. As we were only 2 couples everything felt very personal. Exceeded the allocated time by at least 30 mins. Brief but sufficient viewing of the cellars before we were served a small platter of cheese, salami and bread together with 4 wine samplings, narrated by the co-owner of the winery.

Highlight of our trip
Our group had a wonderful visit to the winery, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.
Although we had to adjust our schedule due to limited public transportation on a national holiday, the winery was easy to find and everything was arranged smoothly.
Our host was warm, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the winery’s history and winemaking process. The guided tasting of four wines was both informative and enjoyable, and the combination of local history, expert insights, and excellent wines made the experience especially memorable.
The only downside was having to leave early to catch our return bus — otherwise, we would happily have stayed much longer.
Thank you for an outstanding tour and tasting experience. We highly recommend this winery to anyone looking for an authentic and engaging visit.
