You will enjoy a guided tasting of 4 premium wines, including the iconic Barolo, known as the king of Piedmontese wines. The tasting is led by experts who will guide you through the wines’ profiles, production secrets, and the unique traits of each bottle. From the complexity of Barolo to the more delicate notes of the other wines, this experience offers a full exploration of local winemaking excellence.
The tasting is paired with a brunch of seasonal sweet and savory specialties, featuring homemade focaccia and bread, local cheeses and cold cuts, anchovies in green sauce, giardiniera or Russian salad, eggs with tuna sauce, hazelnut cake ore bread with butter, jam or hazelnut chocolate cream. Non-alcoholic drinks like fruit juice, mineral water, tea or coffee are included.
