Experience an authentic wine tasting in a charming wine bar in the heart of Rome, just steps from Campo de Fiori. Step into the boutique enoteca, its shelves lined with bottles from floor to ceiling, where you’ll be warmly welcomed by your host, Patrizia, and her sommelier son, Giampaolo.
Once seated, your journey begins. Guided by the sommelier, explore Italy’s diverse wine regions and production traditions through the tasting of six carefully selected wines. Start with a sparkling Prosecco or Franciacorta, perfectly paired with taralli – a classic Apulian snack. Continue with two distinctive Italian white wines, accompanied by a curated selection of Umbrian or Tuscan cheeses. Conclude with two exceptional Italian reds, complemented by artisanal salami and cured meats.
