Cellar Tour & Wine Tasting at Cantina Le Morette with Lakeside Lunch in Peschiera del Garda

This experience unfolds in two distinct parts, beginning at the Le Morette estate. You will be welcomed by the hospitality team for a guided tour of the cellar, learning about the Zenato family's approach to winemaking in the Lugana region.

Following the tour, you will take a seat in the tasting room for a guided tasting of three of the winery's key wines: sparkling Cépage Lugana DOC Brut and whites – Lugana Mandolara DOC and Lugana Benedictus DOC.

The second part of your experience takes place at the Vecchio Mulino Beach restaurant, located just 1.5 kilometers from the winery on the shore of Lake Garda. Here, a 3-course gourmet lunch awaits, with each dish specifically paired with one of Le Morette's wines.

Your menu includes:
- Appetizer of homemade bresaola carpaccio with lime, ginger, baby spinach, and marc-aged cheese, paired with Cèpage Rosè Chiaretto Spumante Brut.
- First course of fresh egg maccheroncini with a lake fish ragout, thyme, and cherry tomatoes, paired with Lugana Mandolara DOC.
- Second course of roasted octopus on house-smoked creamed potatoes with apple-smoked pepper, olive charcoal, and paprika, paired with Serai Rosso Veronese IGT.

The lunch is complete with water, freshly baked homemade bread, and coffee, allowing you to relax and enjoy the lakeside setting.
