Your visit begins with a guided tour of our historic cellar, now set up as a small museum, where you will learn about the ancient peasant traditions linked to wine production. In the rolling hills of Monferrato, viticulture has deep and enduring roots, and this tour offers a fascinating insight into the rural culture that shaped the region’s wines.

The experience continues with access to the evocative “infernot”, as they are known in the Piedmontese dialect. This extraordinary underground cellar, entirely hand-carved into stone in the early 19th century, was created exclusively for the conservation of wine bottles. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2014, the infernot represents one of the most unique and symbolic expressions of Monferrato’s winemaking heritage.

After the visit, enjoy a guided tasting of our wines, featuring a wide selection of labels made from native grape varieties. The tasting is accompanied by a platter of local products, carefully selected to enhance the flavors of the wines. You may enjoy the tasting in a private indoor room or on the panoramic terrace, offering a spectacular 360-degree view over the Monferrato hills.
