Your experience starts with a guided tour of the estate, exploring the vineyards, ancient cellars, and surrounding nature.  Then you'll continue with a rich tasting session showcasing the best of the estate's production and local gastronomy. You will taste a selection of Rivale’s wines and the estate’s own organic "Dorico" extra virgin olive oil, together with a variety of homemade and regional delicacies:
