Your experience starts with a guided tour of the estate, exploring the vineyards, ancient cellars, and surrounding nature. Then you'll continue with a rich tasting session showcasing the best of the estate's production and local gastronomy. You will taste a selection of Rivale’s wines and the estate’s own organic "Dorico" extra virgin olive oil, together with a variety of homemade and regional delicacies:

Great wine, great food, great people

The experience we had at Rivale was one of the higlights of our honeymoon trip in Puglia. First we enjoyed a wonderful private tour and an explanation of the landscape and the products. Afterwards, we sat in a beautiful shady spot among the trees and enjoyed the most delicious lunch with great wine and olive oil tasting.
For a moment you feel transported to a truly Unique place and get to experience the wonderful Italian food and wine culture. The people from Rivale were very kind and helpfull. We would higly recommend rivale to Everyone!

Fabulous!!

Incredible experience at Rivale. Loved the tour of the grounds and trying all of the items they grow themselves (cherries, almonds, apricots etc). Lunch was a fantastic spread with a gorgeous table setup under the trees. Everyone had to take some samples back home. 10/10 experience and special shoutout to Deborah, Giacomo and Bruna, the animals who made the experience so much more fun.
