Guided by one of Herdade da Calada’s passionate enology experts, you’ll delve into the captivating world of wine production in an engaging and interactive way. The experience includes a tour of the barrel room, followed by a tasting of four exceptional wines from the Caladessa range: Caladessa Branco, Rosé, Tinto, and Syrah. To elevate the tasting, you’ll savor a selection of traditional Alentejo snacks, including local cheese, dry-cured ham, and homemade jam made from the estate’s organic fruits, olives, and freshly baked bread.
