Discover the authentic soul of Sicily with Vivera through a wine tasting experience that connects two of the island’s most distinctive wine territories: Etna and Corleone. Upon arrival at the winery, guests will be welcomed and guided through a shared social tasting experience designed to showcase the diversity of Sicily through four carefully selected organic wines. The tasting includes two wines from Vivera’s Etna Collection and two wines from the Corleone Collection, offering a unique comparison between the elegance and minerality of Etna’s volcanic terroir and the richness and freshness of the rolling hills of Corleone.
Throughout the experience, guests will taste local bread paired with Vivera’s organic extra virgin olive oils, produced from the Nocellara del Belice and Tonda Iblea olive varieties. Optional local food pairings may further enhance the tasting, allowing visitors to explore the flavors and traditions of Sicily in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
