Paradise in the vineyard
A day that gives you emotions, peace and tranquility. Our guide (unfortunately I don't remember the name), knowledgeable, discreet at the right moment and full of love for this place.
Well-structured vineyards, excellent wines tasted, a round of applause for the chef for the truly "divine" pizzoccheri.
The Presidente meditation wine was excellent, the white aperitif wine perfect, the red Segantini poetic and the Prestigio which we also drank the next day at home.
A day to remember and wines to try again. We will be back!
No suggestions.
The food is as good as the place is beautiful
The wines are well-described and perfectly accompany the good, very tasty, locally sourced food.
The room where the tasting takes place is very cozy, for up to 10 people, where some of the guests can see the landscape.
The pizzoccheri are excellent, as is the tasting of cured meats and cheeses.
In my opinion, the dessert could be improved, but it's truly a trifle compared to the rest.
Tasting
Wine and tradition.
Recommended.
Considering there is a room with historical tools and machinery, I would involve the visitor more by explaining how wine was made in the past using that equipment. Anyway, thanks for the lovely day spent with you.
