The tasting is accompanied by a typical selection of local cheeses and cold cuts from free-range pigs, bruschette drizzled with our extra virgin olive oil, focaccia filled with sun-dried tomatoes and local cheese, a traditional first course, and Umbrian dry pastries served with our Montefalco Sagrantino Passito.
