It begins with a tuk-tuk tour through the historic streets, where you will explore some of the most iconic landmarks while learning about the city’s connection to the Knights Templar and its unique identity.
The experience then continues at our winery, where we welcome you for a relaxed and personal visit. We share our story, introduce our space, and present our project.
The tasting of three wines takes place inside the winery, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere. As you taste each wine, we explain our process in a simple and approachable way — from winemaking to the choices that define the character of each label, always following a minimal intervention approach.
The tasting is accompanied by local cheese and our own olive oil, creating a direct connection to the flavors of the region.
