The Lands of Custoza: E-Bike Tour Through History & Wine

Starting from Villa Venier in Sommacampagna, set off on a full-day e-bike tour through the beautiful Custoza Morainic Hills. Your bike guide will lead you along quiet backroads and country paths, with several stops along the way to discover the landscapes, villages, and history of this fascinating area.

During the tour, you'll explore places such as Custoza, known for its DOC wine and Risorgimento battlefields, and Borghetto sul Mincio, one of Italy's most beautiful villages. Along the way, you'll encounter historic villas and courtyards connected to the clashes between Austrian and Italian forces, with the Ossuary of Custoza standing as one of the area's historic landmarks.

The experience also includes a stop at a local winery for a light lunch featuring cured meats, cheeses, jams, and other local products. The food will be accompanied by an introduction to the wines and local specialties and a tasting of 2 wines: white Custoza DOC and red Bardolino. Vegetarian and vegan alternatives are available and must be requested in advance. For minors, the winery serves water accompanied by local products.
