Your experience will be set up inside the exclusive Etruscan cave reserved exclusively for you on the day and at the time of your choice. In an atmosphere of soft lighting surrounded by precious bottles aged over time, you will embark on a sensory journey with a complete menu of your choice for lunch or dinner, paired with excellent wines described and served by the sommelier.

- Appetizer: Cooked Gota di Colle Val d'Elsa, hazelnuts, cardoncello mushrooms, and pecorino canestrato fondue.
Wine pairing: Chianti Classico Castell'in Villa DOCG
- First course: Pici al cacio e pepe with fermented blueberry extract and wild boar stew.
Wine pairing: Avvoltore Morisfarms
- Main course: Cinta Senese pork rolls cooked at low temperature and grilled, stuffed with Canestrato di Pienza cheese and vegetables sautéed with Siena herbs.

The restaurant is located in Piazza del Mercato, in the heart of Siena's historic center. For those staying in hotels in the center, it is convenient to walk there, otherwise you can reach it by taxi or private car service, which will take you directly to your destination. The restaurant is located behind Piazza del Campo, so it is recommended to visit the square before lunch or dinner.
