Get ready to taste typical local dishes paired with Santa Tresa's organic wines to immerse yourself in Sicily's food and wine heritage!

Upon your arrival at Santa Tresa, we will take you on an emotional journey to discover our estate. We will take you on a scenic walk to learn about the production area and the history of our estate, with a visit to the vineyards

This experience includes a tasting of 4 organic Santa Tresa wines paired with a series of appetizers, such as local cured meats and cheeses, scacce ragusane (typical flatbreads), dried tomatoes, olives, and bruschetta, followed by a homemade local hot dish.
You will taste: Il Grillo Vino Spumante BRUT, Rina Ianca Grillo Viognier Sicilia DOC, Rina Russa Frappato Terre Siciliane IGP, and Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG.

We expected a bit more

Thanks to Anita's very comprehensive and informative descriptions and explanations, we were able to gain a lot of insights into the production of biological wines, as well as the history of the cantina. However, we were a little disappointed that the walk through the vineyards wasn't more than taking a few steps away from the cantina. In addition, the brunch didn't really include very typical Sicilian dishes and the pasta course wasn't inspiring either. The cantina itself and the vineyards are very beautiful.
On the whole, a very enjoyable experience
Include more typically Sicilian dishes,with more seasoning/herbs

Regarding the food, we are sorry it didn't meet your personal expectations of 'typical' cuisine. However, we would like to reassure you that all our products are strictly Sicilian, sourced from local farmers and prepared using fresh, raw materials to guarantee the highest quality and authenticity of our land.
Concerning the vineyard tour, we always strive to provide a complete and immersive experience. On the day of your visit, the tour was slightly shortened to respect the schedule of the other guests who arrived on time, as the entire group had to conclude the experience by 3.00 PM. We always try to balance the needs of all our visitors to ensure a smooth and professional service for everyone.
