Say Cheese! Mozzarella Making & Wine Tasting In The Heart Of Florence
Here is what's in store for you
Let’s be honest: you didn’t come to Florence just for the museums, you came for the food, and now it’s your turn to make some.
Welcome to a rustic-chic hideaway in the city center, where the vibes are organic, the ingredients are top-notch, and the mozzarella flows like…well, wine. Speaking of wine, the adventure kicks off with a refreshing glass of Prosecco, because every masterpiece (cheese or otherwise) deserves a sparkling start.
Then, it’s showtime.
Guided by a legendary master casaro, mozzarella whisperer, and all-around food magician, you’ll learn to transform fresh curds into perfect bocconcini, twist up some nodini, braid treccine, and dive into making burrata and the ultra-luxurious stracciatella (spoiler: you’ll want to lick the bowl).
But we’re not stopping at “look what I made!” You’ll eat everything, of course. Enjoy creative pairings like stracciatella with bottarga and lemon zest, plus a few kitchen secrets you’ll be bragging about later. To top it off, a guided wine tasting featuring both organic and conventional wines lets you sip, swirl, and debate your favorite while soaking in the delicious chaos you just created.
Expect laughter, music, mozzarella, wine, more mozzarella, and possibly cheese-induced euphoria. You’ve been warned.
Whether you’re a die-hard cheese lover, a wine enthusiast, or just here for the chaos and carbs, this is your moment. Come hungry. Leave happy. Smell slightly like mozzarella.
