Santorini Indigenous Wine Experience
Here is what's in store for you
From arrival to the final tasting, guests enjoy a thoughtfully curated visit to two contrasting Santorini wineries. The experience begins at Estate Argyros, one of the island's most modern wineries, set amid vineyards that surround the estate and offer scenic views across the volcanic landscape. Here, guests are guided through a tasting of six wines, both white and red, paired with cheeses and cold cuts, discovering how Santorini's indigenous grape expresses purity, structure, and minerality.
The journey continues at Gavalas Winery, one of the oldest wineries on the island, with more than 300 years of history. Guests explore the historic cellars and enjoy a more intimate experience, including a personal meeting with the producer, adding a rare human connection to the story behind the wines. At Gavalas, guests taste five indigenous wines paired with local accompaniments such as cheese, crackers, and cold cuts, creating a relaxed and authentic conclusion.
In total, 11 indigenous Santorini wines are tasted, making this a truly special experience that blends vineyard scenery, living history, and direct contact with the people who craft these remarkable wines.
