Then, enjoy a guided tasting of three local wines, presented by Giorgia, the Casina’s sommelier, paired with artisanal delicacies and a three-course rural menu:
- First Course: Local taralli, paired with white wine.
- Main Course: Choose from frisellina with local tomatoes, semi-mature cheese with citrus jam, bruschetta with wild herbs, or rural salad with fennel, almonds, and citrus vinaigrette, paired with rosé wine.
- Final Course: Seasonal fruit (oranges, prickly pears, melon) or small desserts, paired with red wine.
