At the end of a cypress-lined avenue, the stone farmhouse that shelters the cellar overlooks a tranquil valley surrounded by the silence of woods and vineyards. Begin with a private tour of the cellar and vineyards, uncovering the refined aging process of the wines in barriques and tonneaux. Upstairs, in the loggia of the Murogrosso's oldest farmhouse, sommelier Paola will guide a tasting of five wines, including the barrique-aged “Tana del Diavolo,” paired with a selection of local cold cuts, cheeses, and locally-produced extra virgin olive oil, for a full immersion into the authentic flavors of the region.
