After aging for 12 to 24 months in oak barrels and further maturation in the bottle, these wines reveal their full complexity and character.

Your experience will take you on a journey through the estate’s vineyards and aging cellar, guided by Davide in the charming nineteenth-century farmhouse of Tenuta San Mauro. You’ll taste a selection of the estate’s prestigious labels – Barbaresco, Barbaresco Canova, and Barbaresco Canova Riserva – paired with local cold cuts and cheeses. To complete the experience, you can also admire a fascinating exhibition of vintage tractors and motorcycles that reflect the region’s long peasant traditions.
