Franciacorta Wine Tasting with Local Foods at Camilucci in Erbusco
Here is what's in store for you
Your visit to the Camilucci estate in Franciacorta begins with a welcome from one of the hospitality managers. They will guide you through the production areas, explaining how Camilucci creates its Franciacorta wines, from the grape to the final bottle, following the classic method.
The tour concludes in the tasting room, where you will sample four sparkling wines, allowing for a direct comparison between two of the winery's signature collections.
The tasting includes two wines from the Ammonite line, representing the estate's classic Franciacorta style, and two from the Anthologie line, which focuses on more selective, vintage expressions.
Each wine is paired with a selection of local products, including breadsticks, salami, prosciutto crudo, and a variety of regional cheeses like Quartirolo Lombardo, a local caciotta, or Silter DOP. This experience offers a clear insight into the two distinct approaches Camilucci takes to produce its Franciacorta wines.

Tasting in Franciacorta
The Camilucci winery represented a perfect combination of taste and tradition, and we were very satisfied with the sommelier's welcome, the location in general, and especially with the tasting.
We will definitely return.
