Your visit begins with a guided tour of the aging cellar, where you’ll learn about the winemaking process throughout the year— from grape selection to barrel aging—while discovering the philosophy of this long-standing family-run winery.
After the cellar tour, you will sit down in the bright tasting room with breathtaking vineyard views to enjoy a traditional Piedmontese lunch paired with the winery’s selected labels.
This experience includes a full lunch paired with 5 wines from the estate, offering a complete journey through the flavors of the territory.
The menu is based on seasonality and changes every three months to ensure fresh, high-quality ingredients. Guests will enjoy:
- 3 traditional appetizers selected by the kitchen
- First course (choice of 4 options)
- Main course (choice of 4 options)
- Dessert (choice of 4 options)
All selections can be made directly at the restaurant upon arrival, allowing flexibility and a personalized dining experience.

- Barbera d’Alba DOC Superiore “La Pantalera”

Perfect experience
The passionate telling of the company's history and the accuracy of the explanations in the cellar truly interested us.
The view of the surrounding lands from the terrace was then a truly pleasant break before the tasting and dinner.
But in the dining room, with the truly Delicious food, as the menu we had chosen proclaimed, and the pairing with the wines (we had chosen the Identità tasting) bewitched us, not to mention the kindness and accuracy of the service and the sommelier.
I will be back for the third time!
