Depart from Dubrovnik to spend the day visiting three very different wineries, where you’ll step directly into the cellars, meet the people behind the wines, and see how everything is made and brought to market.

Each stop offers a chance to taste a wide range of wines — over 12 in total — from fresh whites to structured reds, while discussing them with the winemakers themselves. You’ll learn how to recognize aromas, understand structure, and get a clearer sense of what makes each wine unique.

Along the way, you’ll also taste local olive oil, fruit liqueurs, and other regional products, giving you a broader picture of the area’s food culture. At one of the wineries, the tasting is accompanied by small bites that pair naturally with the wines.
