Indulge in a captivating wine tasting experience with breathtaking views at Sveti Martin Winery in the heart of the Vipava Valley.

Your tasting takes place in the specially arranged panoramic tasting room or outdoors, enjoying the stunning views of the Vipava Valley. The winery, situated in the village of Sveti Martin and perched on one of the valley's most prominent hills, boasts magnificent views to the Italian Dolomites. Your tasting will feature 6 to 10 samples of Sveti Martin's bottled wines, culminating in a cellar tour and a tasting of either a special wine or a sample still maturing in barrels. Complementing the wines, you will be offered a range of homemade culinary treats, including various types of bread, spreads, cheeses, meats, and other delightful surprises.

Upon request, guests can also enjoy a tour of the vineyards or a visit to the nearby 16th-century St. Martin church, accessible via a scenic five-minute panoramic path. The tasting experience at Sveti Martin winery aims to familiarize wine enthusiasts with the unique characteristics of Vipava Valley wines, particularly those of the Sveti Martin vineyard micro-location. Conducted by family members fluent in English and Italian, the tasting is interactive and engaging, inviting questions and comments from guests.

Simply Wonderful!
A truly unforgettable afternoon. From the moment we arrived, Boris made us feel genuinely welcome, creating an experience that was warm, personal, and relaxed. The thoughtfully curated wine and food pairings were exceptional, and hearing the story of the vineyard added so much meaning to every glass.

The setting was simply breathtaking, making the whole experience feel incredibly special. It was, without question, the highlight of our trip. If you’re looking for an authentic, memorable vineyard experience, we couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Excellent wines in a privileged setting
I went with my partner. One of the best wine experiences we have ever had. Great variety of high-quality wines, as well as the accompanying food. Peter, the winemaker, told us in detail about each of the wines, the grapes of the Vipava valley and the region. The tasting location with views of the valley, beautiful. A real luxury.
